Usage

Add to Avatar in Blender or Unity.

As long as Pandabase is in default pose you can just merge armature in
Blender using Cats, or Place in unity scene and scale to avatar make sure no clipping occurs and parent bones respectively (this method however is Not great for avatar performance and cannot guarantee no clipping on movement.)

Use Cutout Rendering to allow transparency.
